ICICI Bank Complaint - ICICI stealing my money in the name of part payment. - Credit Cards
Credit Cards - Complaint
On June 20th I have received my credit card statement of Rs 38806.20. I have deposited
Rs 38000 before due date of payment.
In the next month statement they have charged me interest of Rs 1644.20, as I have made a part payment.
When I have paid 38000, why the hell these
b a s t a r d s charged me for full amount. Why didn't they charged the interest amount on the pending amount i.e. Rs 806.20.
ICICI Bank always make such policies to earn money.
When I discussed with their call center representative and threatened them to take this matter to consumer court, their response was "Do whatever you want to do, we don't care at all".
