Thomson RCA Complaint - Thomson RCA Stonewalls Customers

MARIETTA, GEORGIA -- Purchased 08/25/08. Stopped working early June 2009. June 30 customer service told me to take to authorized service ctr 68 miles away. Ctr called July 2 and said no parts but will call July 9. Never got a call. Service center sent me to customer resolution Dept where I got case number after case number and promise after promise. Wrote to CEO and refused to reply. Resolution Dept refuses to let me talk to a supervisor, refuses to give phone numbers. Promised a resolution specialist will call 3-5 business days. Nothing. Then 24 - 48 hours. Still nothing. Still no TV and I am paying for cable I cannot use. At least Bud got 2 years as oppposed to my 8 mos.

I agree completely. I was told my customer service - after waiting over 35 minutes for me to call them back with the number of their own service centter when they gave it to me in the first place. They have stonewalled me over and over and I too do not have enuff space to list all my concerses with them. They do not care. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THOMSON INC. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING YOU ARE AT PERIL IF YOU IGNORE IT.
