I have moved in this country at least half a dozen times in past few years, never had an issue with a mover until USA express move. This is the company you shoul definitely avoid! I am seriously planning on suing them. They trapped you in with a low estimate and not disclosing porperly all the extras they charge. We already put up with paying hundreds of dollars extra on the move day for all their boxes that we used, but charging for packing tapes, and wrapping material per piece was just simply ridiulous and outrageous! ESP. Since they did not disclose that to you until the move day when we had no alternatives! We ended up almost paying double their estimate! Plus, service lousy, they even got scratches on some of my furniture and claim that was not a big deal. Horrible attitude!!! This company should be out of business for the good of all us hardworking Americans!
