Expedia.com Complaint - Horrible Customer Service - Supervisor Hung Up
I wanted to book a 3K flight with Expedia to Europe. I had United Airline credits from an earlier changed itinerary. Expedia agent Enrique (Phillipines) said I needed to talk to a supervisor. He had me on hold 2 hours, then transferred me to supervisor Ceasar, who listed to me for 1 minute, said he would check the reference number, then hung up.
I phoned back, placed on hold by Gia for over 40 minutes, then told that supervisor Markie would not talk to me.
The worst ever.
