maximum_beauty.com Complaint - I've Been Scammed!! - Hair Color

In early May of this year I purchased some Hair Color on line from this company. I paid in advance using my debit card and waited for the product to be sent. After 3 weeks and still no product I became very concerned about my purchase seeing as how I had already paid. I first checked the tracking number for my purchase and after 3 weeks it stated they were still filling the order. 3 weeks and they are still filling the order for hair color? Whats up with that? So I wrote to the email they provided asking why it was taking so long. No reply was ever sent back. a week later ( by then it was a month) I tried the phone number. I got a recording and left all my contact info. Still no reply and no product. I just checked their website to get the phone number again and they have now taken their phone number off their website. I tracked the purchase again and still it says "Order being filled" However, upon purchase they promise orders will be filled within 21 business days after purchase. As you can see it's well past that time. Final line... I've been scammed. I can't even contact them to cancel the order as they don't respond. They don't even take returns. They've got all of these bogus policy rules that I just don't buy at all. I'm not going to take it. There is no way a company can legally rip you off without sending you the product and claim they are legally covered. I'm contacting The National Fraud Center Hotline tomorrow and I'm determined to get that money back and hopefully in the process get that crooked company shut down. What makes me even more angry is that I just checked and someone else from this website has also had the same problem. I wish I would have known. Please do not do business with this company. tHERE ARE A LOT OF YOU KNOW WHATS OUT THERE READY TO GRAB YOUR BUCKS! I guess if you had used a credit card instead of a debit card you could call them and ask them to reverse the charges. Also the Better Business Bureau and your state Attorney General might be interested in hearing your experience!! Good luck. Trust with extreme caution. It's everyone for herself these days!
