Southwest Airlines Complaint - Lost Luggage / Customer Service
Southwest airlines lost my luggage on a straight flight from SFO to Las Vegas. The lost luggage isn't the real issue, the real issue is how RUDE their customer service department is. They do NOT care about any of your issues and I actually had a customer service representative refuse to let me talk to her supervisor, She informed me SHE was the supervisor and there was no one above her, I stated I KNOW she had a supervisor/boss, she hung up on me!! Southwest has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I was audited by the IRS a few years ago and they were TWICE as friendly as Southwest airlines.
Save you some trouble, Fly another airline besides Southwest. I will pay TWICE the price for airfare before I fly them again. ( I will actually be saving money paying twice the price, because I won't have to replace all my clothes) They DO NOT care about the customer.
