OXFORD,, FLORIDA -- I am so frustrated with this woman. I bought a Fab-U-Motion stitch regulator with came without a CD to be able to use it. It took three weeks for her to find one. I bought a Sapphire 870 sewing machine which came with the wrong books so I told her and she still hasn't gottem them for me after 5 weeks.

I bought an Endless Embroidery hoop which came with a part broken off. She first accused me of breaking it off which I am too weak to do. She took it back and I am still waiting for the new one also after five weeks. Everything was paid for in cash, almost $4,000.

I can't get an answer from Viking so I am so frustrated I don't know what to do.

As of Aug. 18, this account is with the Better Business Bureau. If I
don't succeed there I will take it further.

If you're not getting any help from the merchant, you may want to first go through the area BBB to see if that gets some attention. If that doesn't work, you may want to contact your Attorney General's consumer complaint divisions. Normally you can submit the complaint online.
