Infiniti Corprate Complaint - Not Helpful
I have a 2003 Infiniti FX35. I have been extremly happy with this car until now. It has been a wonderful drive, fabulous machine in every way. I took the car in for standard service and was told that it needed a head gasket ($3200). I am Ok with that normally, as the car is out of warranty. I did some minor research online and found several complaints of the same issue with different outcomes, some replaced the head gasket, some replaced the engine ($8000) some had success others did not. I had asked for some assistance in replaceing the head gasket as this seems to be a ongoing issue in this model car.
I was told that they will not help, no questions asked and no further conversation about it. I have been a major supporter of Infiniti since I bought this car. Friends had bought from them due to my history. I have a second car made by Nissian, also the same car company.
I will not support this company, will not speak well about them again. The dealership has been more than helpful in this situation and I hold nothing against them.
