MetroPCS Complaint - WASTED MONEY FOR TWO MONTHS!!
FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- I am very disgusted with 3 local metropcs in Fort Worth, their services were terrible. I got two phones for both of my daughters in June '09. One of theirs was not working after the 3rd day. We went back several times, the staff couldn't help us for two months unless we would agree to exchange the phone and we did not want to do that because the phone was only 3 days old and why should we exchange our new one for a refurbished phone! my daughter was not able to use it for two months. I had to pay for the full amount for two phone service because of one acct. What a waste of money for one phone that my daughter couldn't use for two months. Today we went to Metro and finally got it working again! I can't believe how simple it was to get it working again after two months and it was just the phone number
that needed to be changed. The staffs are not trained enough! I am not happy with their service! We will appreciate it if Metro gives us two month free for my daughter's phone.
