Juniper/Barkley's Bank (credit card division) Complaint - BAAAAD NEWS!!!! - credit card customer "no-service"
WILMINGTON, DELAWARE -- These guys are the worst!!! First, I discovered that I no longer had "available credit" and after researching my account, I discovered that there was a "hold" for the SAME amount that was already CHARGED to the card, causing my available credit to be "0". It took 6 PHONE CALLS and a call to the corporate office in Delaware to try and get this resolved. I am going to shred the card and send it in PIECES to: 100 S west St, Wilmington, DE 19801, Attention: Anthony Jenkins, Chairman. Everyone should do this who has had a bad experience with this bank..Perhaps they may get the message
