AT&T Complaint - Awful company who does not know how to bill correctly
MISSOURI -- Switched from a perfectly good company to join AT&T to save money. However, I paid more that twice the yearly fee in two months. So I called and tried to get my money back. They said that I would receive credits on my next bill. Every month I would have to call and get my bill corrected because they would charge me twice for everything. It was ridiculous. Finally I got tired of doing this so I called and canceled my service and took care of my final bill. A year later I started receiving bills again for services after I canceled. I called them and they said they do not have a record of me canceling so I am supposed to pay for these bills. What???
