Community Auto, UNION NJ Complaint - Do Not Goto Community Auto, Union Nj, They Are Thieves!!!!

Review by jt7778 on 2009-08-11
UNION, NEW JERSEY -- I have taken my car to get my car serviced at their local station on Commerce Avenue in Union NJ.

When I took my car their, they stated it needed new tires, and breaks, I had them replaced, and when I left, the next day my car was squeaking in WORSE shape, I took it back, they stated I needed front breaks, so I payed them for the front breaks and rotors, they charged a whopping price.

As I left not happy, the next day the car was making another sound, to my avail, I took it back to the mechanic, who was very Rude, "Joe", he stated I needed a new water pump and regulator parts to the engine that were faulty.
I took it to another mechanic, and the mechanic said I needed a new alternator and the water pump was fine, the water pump to get that fixed would have been 600, they false diagnose your car and replace expensive parts and make new problems so you keep coming back, they should be reported!

THESE CREEPS ARE THE BIGGEST RIP OFF ARTISTS IN THE BUSINESS!!!!!!!

You take your car their, and they cause more problems so you keep coming back. When you take your car their, you leave with one problem fixed which is probably the wrong problem and you come back with more problems in a day or 2.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO COMMUNITY AUTO REPAIR, on COMMERCE STREET, UNION NJ.

RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!

THEY SHOULD BE ON SHAME ON YOU!!!

Spread the word...

DO yourself a favor, get it checked by a reputable mechanic or auto repair, not these rude creeps who rob you.
