ICICI Bank Ltd. Complaint - Demat A/c Not Opened for last 03 Months

I have submitted the Joint Demat A/c opening form for my Directors with ICICI Securities Ltd. Noida Branch.

It has been past last 03 months & no response received from Banker.

The concern person name are as below :

Kamal : 9953265468.
Sushant : 9268061358 & 9871031342.

Also I have submitted the request for Signature changes but still no response received from banker.

Kindly look into the matter & resolve the same.
