Federal Express Corporation Complaint - Fed Ex tracking site - delivery

Stayed home 2 days waiting for Fed Ex to deliver my package from Ontario, California. 1st delivery they passed my door (with huge address numbers) and left a door tag on my neighbors fence. I stayed home again today - I signed the door tag to leave the package and made a huge sign with arrow for the driver - I just checked the tracking site and it said "Customer not available or business closed - Signature required" at 12:45 - No one from Fedex came to this property at that time and my required signature was on the door tag! Had I known I was going to lose a days pay I would've never
used fed ex.

can you make arrangements to pick it up at their depot?
