One thing I learned is if you feel like your not getting threw to any customer representative, hang up and talk to somebody else. Always talk to a manager or superviser if they are rude. My power was turned off due to a mistake they made during my over the phone payment. I spoke with a representative she was very rude and I got nowhere with her. Talk to a different representative completely the oppitsite. She was friendly Helped me with full great custumer service!!A second opinion always works! I found out The first representative lied and shouldn't be representing xcel!
