Xcel energy Complaint - Poor custumer service - Energy

One thing I learned is if you feel like your not getting threw to any customer representative, hang up and talk to somebody else. Always talk to a manager or superviser if they are rude. My power was turned off due to a mistake they made during my over the phone payment. I spoke with a representative she was very rude and I got nowhere with her. Talk to a different representative completely the oppitsite. She was friendly Helped me with full great custumer service!!A second opinion always works! I found out The first representative lied and shouldn't be representing xcel!

This is excellent advice. Sometimes personalities don't mesh and one CSR can't help whereas another one will make your day. Glad you got this resolved! Good review.
