Premier Auto Haus Complaint - Guess I Will Have To Take A Vacation To Downer Grove And Eat Lunch With Mike

Do not deal with "mike" if you are interested in purchasing one of Premier Autos (waiting for someone to buy and carry to the scrap yard cars).I purchased a car from this low life on July 22 2009.By the way I live in Alabama.

They are loacatedin illinios. Before purchase I asked mike if the car had any issues, he replied (this car is perfect),well needless to say that was a flat out lie. Air conditioner, radio, passenger window, headlight not working. Shifter knob broke, radiator shield broke, spoiler cracked. All of this was identified before the car was unloaded from trailer of delivery company. This car was paid for in full, included was the money I sent Premier Auto to have car shipped. Well when delivery guy got to my house he wanted his money for delivery.

I told him Premier Auto said I had to give it to them before he would load and deliver. Well them crooks never gave it to him. I called mike at that point (put on hold 10 times before he would talk to me about it)he said it was the delivery guys fault for not asking for it. According to the papers he had for shipping it had c. O. D.($550.00) Stamped on them so that is what he thought was suppose to happen.

After about 10 more calls to mike he said he would take care of everything and mail me a check for damages, broken parts on car, and delivery charge. Well it has been three weeks and no check. So where my redneck butt comes from if we can't settle over the phone than we sit down at lunch and discuss it. I guess I get to go to Premier Auto and meet this crook (mike) and collect my money.( P.S. I think I might just asked him to pay for my trip.)

It's really a crap shoot to purchase a car unseen and unchecked from a dealer from another state. I actually want to view and go over the vehicle prior to purchase. Sorry for your bad experience.

Purchasing a vehicle sight unseen and without having a mechanic you trust check it over for you is asking for trouble.
