Expedita Complaint - Terrible Service - Airline tickets

I attempted to book a ticket from Rio to San Paulo Brazil on Expedia. The agent booked the wrong flight. What should have been a 8:20am departure was booked as 9:40pm. It cost me $105.00 to change the tickets and about 90 minutes to communicate my problem to a very limited English speaking customer service rep.

This will be my last dealing with Expedia.

You need to edit your review. Your title says that you are complaining about a company called 'Expedita'. You also might want to run a spell check on your review.

Always book directly with the airline... it makes it much easier sometimes.
