Goodfeet Complaint - Buyer beware - shoes and inserts

Review by hategoodfeet on 2009-08-13
MERRIAM, KANSAS -- I would never do business with this store and would discourage anyone from doing so. My dad bought shoes and inserts from Good Feet. They started rubbing his foot. We took them back in the first 30 days and they put some padding in them and told him to wear them for a while. The padding worked long enough for the 30 days to expire. We took them back in the next 60 days and they would not do anything for us. Even calling corporate headquarters. They are not customer service friendly at all. The shoes are in my trunk and they have our money. I would never buy anything from this company.

If their return policy is 30 days then it's 30 days. I'm sorry the shoes continue to be an issue but rules are rules.
