Home Security System - Complaint
TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- Central security group gave an unauthorized person permission to make financal changes to my account without notifing me for several months, resulting in an agreement that the contract would be terminated between myself and central security group. Months later I received a letter from a collection agency that I had not made my payments and then found out that they had already put a ding on my credit report prior to the notification by the credit agency. In addtion they told the unauthoritized elderly person to disconnect my personally owned home alarm box so the system no longer worked at all. Today I do not know how to reconnect the inside system. I want them to come to my home and reconnect the system to prior working condition as was prior to their services and I want a letter to my credit angencies removing any negative statements. They refused to do any of this.
