Sears Complaint - Horrible Costumer Service
We ordered a washer from Sears on Monday, and we were told it could not be delivered until Saturday. We had plans Saturday night so we asked for a morning delivery. We were told to call a number and our request would be accommodated. We called two days before delivery, and we were told to call one day before. We called twice one day before and spoke with two people who assured us our request would be met. We then received an automated call stating that our time was 4pm to 6pm and not anywhere near the 8am to 1pm we requested. We then called, and customer service said "sorry, but there's nothing we can do." This is a horrible way to run a delivery service and we will not order from Sears again. It's worth it to go to Home Depot or another appliance store!
