Ahs home warranty Complaint - Broken waaher

My washer has been broken over a month. The repairman came out, collected the 60.00 and I did not hear from him, called AHS and another repairman came out ordered the parts, it took two weeks to get the part, when it came back, the part was defected, sent it back the next was the wrong one. By this, I have been out of a washer for over a month. I told the company I will just purchase a washer. Ii was told by customer relation that they give me the amount of the part, which was 40.00. I advise her it was three parts that was ordered, then she changed the amount. I do not advise anyone to invest money in a warranty. The money I paid for this contract a year and a half, I could have invested myself and got a better return, since I had to come out of my pocket for this appliance.
