OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA -- My husband and I just purchased a used car we found at the dealership website for $15,985 when we got there they said it was $19,985 thinking we were mistaken we purchased it when we got home we checked the site to find the exact vin on the same car was still posted at $15,985 when we confronted them they refused to honor the advertised price slamming the paperwork on the table and saying this is the deal you got and I'm not changing it. So everyone should be aware of this.

You could have walked away from the deal, gone home, printed the page with the price you saw the car for, and taken it from there.

Not exactly bait and switch as you really did get the same advertise item, but there is plenty wrong with what went down. Start off by contacting your states attorney general or consumer protection office with a complaint, including a copy of the ad. If that doesn't work, I would get an attorney and sue them for the price difference and all court and council costs. That's blatant false advertising and you'd be hard pressed to lose.
