Time Warner Complaint - Knuckleheads!!
HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- I have Time Warner cable, internet and added phone service since it would only add 10 bucks to my bill. Well they installed the phone service but then all of my basic cable channels stopped coming in but just on the TV near the new phone box. They showed on Saturday to fix and seemed to fix the problem (the original technician was too lazy to run a separate cable for my neighbor upstairs service so he split my cable which weakened the signal in my apartment). Anyway, the two of them went outside came back and told me they fixed it and indeed the channels were working in the living room. Well they left and I went to the bedroom to find none of my channels are working there. I called and asked to have the guys come back and was told I have to take an all day appointment now. The customer service representative was rude and could only tell me what he couldn't do. I spoke with a supervisor - just as rude but said he would have dispatch call me within the next 30 minutes to give me a time so that I could go on with my day. - well I'm still waiting......2 hours later. I'm cancelling everything and getting something else not sure which company but I've had it with companies that I pay that don't care about my experience. I guess Time Warner has an abundance of customer adding service and don't need me anymore.
