Taco Bell Complaint - Poor Timing at Taco Bell
SELMA, TEXAS -- I am a average working class woman who some times works until after six and sometimes after 9 P.M.
Well today was no different than any other Sunday except that on the way home I needed to stop and grab a few groceries. Which I did and then Knowing it was 98 degrees that I needed to get home and get my refrigerated items in the fridge.
All I wanted was to grab a quick bite from Taco Bell so that I could be on my way. After sitting in line for twenty minutes and an additional 6 minutes at the order machine and them still not even taking my order I finally got mad and left. I went to Arbys which was close by and was in and out with a hot Chicken Sandwich in only eight minutes. If I had the 20 to 30 minutes to fool around I would have chosen a sit down restaurant and would not have complained about the time it took.
No apologies from the order taker or even a check back to make sure I understood she would be right with me. I certainly will NOT be stopping at Taco Bell anytime in the future for fear that where ever I am going I will most definitely be late. I can understand a short wait but this was ridiculous.
I have been in customer service to many years to let this just roll off my shoulders. Very poor management to say the least.
