Sears Complaint - Worst Ever Customer Service
Recently purchased an LG refrigerator from Sears. Water and ice feature did not work. Scheduled repair appointment. Waited at home for 4 hours and tech did not show. Called was told tech was there and left note on door. No tech, no note on door. Also told they only schedule repairs in my area on Mondays so it would need to be rescheduled for the following Monday. Following Monday window of 8-12 was given. Waited and called several times - no tech showed. Through several calls discovered tech went to wrong address. No guarantee to come back any more on this Monday. Several more customer service calls to try to speak to a supervisor. No way to transfer calls to the tech supervisors they say. Keep getting the runaround on the phone and still no guarantee that the tech will return without scheduling a third appointment. Spent several thousand on new appliances to furnish a new home and getting treated like crap with no respect for my time. Don't believe Sears will get any recommendations to buy appliances with them.
