Travelodge Complaint - Customer service

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL when you do and THEY make a mistake on booking you cannot speak directly to customer services they only allow you to email them and do not need to reply for ten working days. Then they only fob you off and will not allow you any refund. They charged me for food and three nights accom,,then resold the room. They are a DISGRACE,,DO NOT BOOK

What exactly happened? Was the hotel oversold? Did you get there and they did not have any rooms?
