Commonwealth Edison Company Complaint - ComEd employs a BUNCH of IDIOTS - Utility
Utility - Complaint
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- Com Ed charged me over 1200.00 in 1 month, it is a single family home!! I complained about the bill ans they changed the meter. I was told the meter would be tested and I ould receive the results. this outragous bill was from January, it is now the end of August and I have no resolution. COm Ed even refuses to answer the BBB after I filed a complaint. DO NOT TRUST COM ED.. ALWAYS review your bills!!! Com Ed employs a bunch of idiots that can't answer simple questions and then refuse to answer the BBB complaints too because they KNOW they are wrong!!

Does your state have a public utilities commission, or an agency like it? If it does you need to get this information to them ASAP as well as giving them copies of any written correspondence you have had with Edison.
