Expedia.com Complaint - Terrible coustomer service! DO NOT USE!
Traveling can be hard enough without the issues Expedia adds to the trip. I book for my company and use Expedia for about $15,000 worth of travel a month. You would think this would make me at least be recognized when I call but instead I get messed around with for lenghthy calls and continue to lose money. I am switching back to my old way of doing my travel arrangements, they have caused me to many hours of wasted time. They will not help if I need a flight changed due to a business issue (which by the way, if we don't do business how can I continue to use them!?!) They will not help with a hotel cancellation, yet when I call the hotel directly they are more than happy to cancel due to the amount of business we give them every year...which again is just another excuse on Expedia's part to not take care of the customer.
Honestly, I don't know how they are going to survive through this economy. Times are tough and I will be sure to use my travel budget with a company that appreciates my business.
