La-Z-Boy Tukwila Informative - No Couch, No Answers

TUKWILA, WASHINGTON -- La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries was taken over by new management August 1, 2009. We purchased our furniture and June 14th, 2009 with an expected delivery date of August 14th, 2009.

Yesterday we contacted the local store, the local warehouse, and La-Z-Boy corporate and requested someone call back with 24 hours to give us a new delivery date and if/when we will ever see our furniture. When I called La-Z-Boy national customer service they mentioned that they are two separate companies. No one has called us back with an update yet.

If you are experiencing a similar problem, go to so that we can put pressure on La-Z-Boy to come up with answers.

I would not wait for answers. Keep calling or visiting the store.

You're going to be waiting a long time if you wait for them to call you back. Call them.

If you paid by credit card, call them and advise them of the problem, just so you have staked your claim.
