Expedia.com Complaint - Poor Service 5 day booking resulted in total frustration
The Expedia connection to westjet was down for 5 days and they did not know it. I wasted 5 days sending emails and sitting on hold.
Finally booked direct with westjet who said the Expedia site was always down.
Expedia have No Concept of what customer service is.
Another blotted - over rated corporation like Microsoft.
