AT&T Wireless Complaint - POOR SERVICE-RUNAROUND
TEXAS -- I have a bone to pick with AT&T aparently my DSL was disconnected 7 days ago and they have not been able to reconnet. T o make matter worse these was a day after I had paid my bill!!!.Have been calling them since wedenesday last week. They have been giving me the runaround ever since!!.Called Friday told me that I was scheduled for reconnection and even gave me a confirmation order # for Monday. Come MOnday-"sorry but the disconnection notice is still in the system and the system has to take it out and until then we cannot do anything".What a load of BS last week spent 4 hrs trying to sort out with billing dept as messed up the disconnection order. What bothers me is that disconectting is apparently a few sec, But recconecting takes a whole freaking week!.What system are they running seriously. I am pretty sure there is an overide somewhere. And this is the second time around. I am seriously contemplating moving to COMCAST.
