JourneyEd Complaint - Horrible Horrible Horrible!
I ordered Avid & the keyboard that goes with it for my son who is a college student, ( Jouneyed was recommended by the school)I ordered it on a Friday & paid extra for fast shipping so he would have it for his birthday. Well it never showed, I got two e mails one right after the other confirming my order but no confirmation letter. I noticed they took the money out of my account this morning but still no tracking number. I called & they said oh the software is on back order till at least this Friday & we don't know when we will get the keyboard in. I said why don't you tell people when the products are on back order? the response was, oh we are working on that. I said there was no delay in taking the money out of my account to which she replys we didn't. I said I'm looking at my bank account right now you took the money. Bottom line I cancelled the order for the key board & demanded my shipping money back. Then asked to speak with a supervisor which surprise, surprise goes right to voice mail. So I called her again a few hours later & she had a horrible attiude when I asked her when will my money be given back. When I told her they had the worst customer service she told me I'm not going to help you anymore. Do yourself a favor never order from this company!
