J.C. Penney Company, Inc. Complaint - Order Not Received On Time
I placed an order on August 10th and the website stated that if the items were in stock (and they were) that the order would be shipped the next day and that I should receive them within 4-7 business days. It took them until August 12th to send an email that said my items were shipped, but when I went to track them through UPS it states that they have only received the billing information. I called them on day 6 (when I still had not received my clothing and the UPS site had still not updated the status of my package) and was told that I was still in the window for it to arrive on time and to wait until the end of the week to call them back. Well the magical day 7 for my items to arrive on-time has come and gone, but no surprise they have already taken the money for my items out of my account. I will be calling them tomorrow to find out where the hell my items are at, and I will not order anything from them again and would not recommend anyone else buy anything off of their website. This is the worst online shoppiing experience I have ever had. My only reason for ordering the items I did is because my husband needs 34x36 size pants and we can never find any in the store. This store is a joke. I would have never thought I would have such a horrible experience with a national retail store such as JC Penny's!
