Wacovia Complaint - This Is How They Treat A Customer Of 13 Years?

After thirteen years of being a loyal customer and even defending Wachovia I guess it was my turn to get burned by them. Their customer NO service is a joke and not very helpful just very condescending. I'm glad and not very surprised that they are going under.

I only wish that I could stand out in the parking lot OF their headquarters in North Carolina as they walk out with their pink slips... I am NO LONGER with Wachovia.

Btw, OP, you're going to be waiting a long time for people to walk out of there with their pink slips. Banks merging doesn't automatically mean people are losing their jobs.
I wouldn't hold my breath, if I were you.

More info would be helpful. Wachovia is now owned by Wells Fargo. If you have a complaint, send it to them and see if they will respond.
