Ikea Complaint - Really bad service in Brooklyn store
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- I got very very bad customer service in the Brooklyn store of Ikea. Its like they didn't care, I even told them, I will review them online and the review won't be in their favor, still they refuse to fix the problem. The employees help get a bed and didn't include of the part, I was very unhappy that I asked both employees and they told me everything is included. The part was missing when we got home. I called and tried to get the store to help fix my problem, nobody cared and I was informed that it was my fault and talked to a manager and she didn't care.
I wrote a complaint on the Ikea's website and didn't get a response. The best they can do is apologize and improve their crappy service.
WITHOUT CUSTOMERS, YOU WOULDN'T EXIST.
