Staples Complaint - Product Replacement Plan
WILBRAHAM, MASSACHUSETTS -- I purchased the product replacement plan on a shredder. It said it will be hassle free What a Joke. I phoned on there site at 8: A.M. on a Monday morning. I was there first customer waited on the phone for 45 minutes no response. I went on there e-mail site IMPOSSIBLE again. I know the game they are playing, they wan't to P---
people off. THE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PLAN IS A TOAL RIP=OFF..I WILL NEVER NEVER BUY A STAPLE REPLACEMENT AGAIN.
Also the store gave a me a tel. number which was useless!
I read the operating instructions booklet and it had the product support tel. number 1-866-790-8026. i had to send back the shreadder to Calfornia $ 30+ and they are going to send a new shreadderto me.Why didn"t the store do this???????????
