Hewlitt packard Complaint - HP REPLACEMENT POLICY SUCKS
I purchased an new C5580 (printer, copier, scanner) which would not copy. After the expected hour wait for someone from India to answer I spent the next 45 minutes following hard to understand (language) directions to test the product. It was found to be defective. OK, this can happen. But, then is when I find that if I want it replaced it will be with a refurbished unit, my only choice. I say OK. I get my new used unit in and it works. There is also a note to inform me that it only has a 90 day warranty as opposed to a 1 yr warranty for the new one.
No more HP products for me even though I currenty own 3 other printers and have been pleased with them.
