Usa warranty Complaint - Reliability

Review by pigita on 2009-08-20
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, TEXAS -- USA warranty sucks out loud. Not only will they not cover breakdowns on your car, but they will also take forever to refund your money if you cancel the policy. Their contract states four to six weeks. It has been more than ten weeks. They took over 1000.00 dollars of the money I paid and I have only put 14,000 miles on my car over the last 18 months. The warranty was for 100,000 miles or five years. My car had 40,000 miles on it when I bought it. you do the math.

I'm guessing MMMMMmmmmmmm and Oooooooh God, TX must be those small little towns that aren't even on the map. One of those, "best kept secret" places or something.
