Staples Compliment - Great Service provided by Rudy (Customer Service)
DALLAS, TEXAS -- I bought an e-machine PC somewhere else and was told I had warranty by manufacture for 1yr and I purchased additional warranty for 2yrs. Well the Network Card was damaged I called manufacture and was told my warranty was expired since their warranty starts when Manufacture sends equipment to store not when I purchased it. WHAT!!!! then they told me to walkin computer to manufacture, ok, I reside in DFW area well they wanted me to take it to Temple, TX noway, I then called Staples since I saw the advertisment they have that they fix computers, I took it and the Customer Service Rep, Rudy, was very helpful. Rudy explained what the problem was with the computer and explained what he had to do and that it would normally take 2 business days to have it ready. I accepted but, I told him that I really wanted my PC to be ready the same day so if he could have it ready it would be a blessing. Rudy told me he would try his best. Well 3 hours later, I received a call and it was Rudy from Staples, "Ms. Garcia, he said, Your Computer is ready you may pick it up any time today" WOW RUDY MADE MY DAY!!! Thank you so much Rudy and it is persons like Rudy that make us, the customers speak well of a place. I definitely recommend Staples to everyone. Store is Located on I30 and Cockrell Hill in Dallas/Irving.
