Han's Burgers Compliment - Excellent burgers at decent prices

Review by Starlord on 2009-08-23
We have been seeing the Han's Burger place since we moved to Washington, but the times we have been able to be in the area, they were closed. The other day, we went to the Lacey Timberland Library, and went to Han's for lunch. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger, and Crystal ordered the Han's Burger with cheese only. We got an order of fries and split it, when we ate at the house. We were very favorably impressed with the quality of the burgers as well as the cleanliness of the store and the quality of service. Both burgers and the order of fries only cost a little over ten dollars, much less that the almost twenty dollars the meal would have cost us anyplace else. The only thing I didn't care for is that Han's logo reminded me of the new Geico ad campaign, as it is a burger with a large pair of eyes on top. I am positive they have been using that logo much longer than Geico's plastic eyes on a stack of money. We will visit Han's again.

Thanks, Starlord! It's 420am here, and now I am craving a burger. Sounds really good.

Do you have 5 Guys burgers out there? They are fairly new to this area, but they are TDF!

MM, generally when I am craving some burger at that hour, my only option is whip up a hand made one, all by myself.

C2O, I'm with you. The best burgers in Singapore are at my house. And, yes, they have plenty of burger places--but none of them have my touch (or quality of meat that I use).

I'm sure that your touch is perfect, and your quality is Grade A prime, kia.

How'd you guess, C2O, LOL.

My quest in life has been to find the perfect burger. I can easily identify top notch pretty quickly, based on a lifetime of experience. :)

Starlord, I'm unfamiliar with Han's..is this a sitdown place or a fastfood place? Ten bucks for 2 burgers ain't bad!

Glad you enjoyed it.

Boki, they have a very nice, clean dining area, but do a lot of take-out business. I would almost have to call them fast food, but a mom and pop place, not a chain.

OOoo I love mom and pops. We have several down here that put out great burgers. Well, that sounds like a find! Good review, as always.

Sorry, no 5 Guys Burger places here, but there is a Norma's BUrgers here that has a burger voted #1 in national competition, the John Wayne burger. Fantastic.
Littleyaya, the Travel Channel had a night of extremes, and they had a burger joint in Chandler, called Heart Attack, or something like that. The waitresses are dressed as nurses, the customers are called patients and the 'prescriptions' are burgers named after surgical procedures. The Single Bypass is slathered with lard! Then you have the Double Bypass, Triple and Quadruple. The fries are cooked in lard, and it is all you can eat. If a customers weighs over 350 lbs, he/she eats free. Can you check this place out?
