Target Complaint - Sad way to do business
Twice I have been taken by you in your store. Once, I bought some cat litter that had a price break sign on it. Come to find out there was no price break when I got to the register. Since it was late, I was tired, I did not go back and get something else, just paid the extra money. Next one I was buying cat goodies, $1.74 a bag, shelf tag had a price break on it, but didn't say what the price break was. I had paid that amount back in April and there was no price break sign. At the register the woman said that that was the price and probably someone didn't take down the price break sign and that I would have to be the full amount of $1.74. I can get the same item at Publix for 2 cents more, have a pleasant cashier, nice surroundings and not feel like a fool for being taken. First time, shame on you, second time, shame on me. This works very good because I won't have to go into your store and be taken for a fool. Sure hope your CEO manages to run you into the ground, what with the recession and what have you, it just might be SO LONG TARGET.
