Fromyouflowers.com Informative - Don't Expect Service or Concern from this Company when they do NOT perform! - Flowers to Elderly Friend in Hospital
Flowers to Elderly Friend in Hospital
I ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers online from
FromYouFlowers.com, complete with guaranteed next
day delivery by 1PM.
Fortunately, I live locally, and was at the hospital
from 11AM to 4PM the day delivery was expected, and
when the flowers did NOT arrive, I went to ask the
Nurses if they had seen . . .
"Yes," they said, "the delivery person took them
to the patient in the next bed, as there was no
card and no name on the delivery . . ."
For the record, I have followed up with this company, and they aren't being accountable.
They deny, and insist the flowers were delivered.
Today I have requested and gotten a WRITTEN letter
from Nurses, on the hospital letterhead, and asked
FromYouFlowers.com for their FAX number so I can
FAX this proof to them.
They have NOT responded.
Listen to the other reviewer, and do NOT do business with this company.
ALSO, be sure to tell all your friends and their
friends NOT to use FromYouFlowers.com, either.
Wouldn't say they're a scam, as when I finally
located where the flowers had gone, the arrangement was acceptable, though not quite
what I expected for the sum charged.
What YOU will have to do, however, is be on
hand and make sure your order is delivered to
the right patient~~!!
FromYouFlowers.com has had ample opportunity via
SEVERAL email exchanges to make good on this
error by their providers, and are choosing NOT
to do so.
