Springair Complaint - Will not honor warranty

GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN -- We purchased a King size Springair Mattress about 2 years ago, after about one year I started getting back pain and the mattress had body impressions on both sides where we sleep. We frequently rotated the mattress but that didn't seem to help at all. I contacted Harry's Furniture where we had purchased it and they came right out and took the mattress to springair themselves. After about two weeks it was returned dirty and not repaired. We were told this is normal ware and tear. The mattress has a 15 year warranty against such defects. I am very displeased with this purchase and would never patronize Springair again.
