The Milford Plaza Complaint - The Stay from Hell

Review by Raggedyandy on 2009-08-24
NEW YORK,, NEW YORK -- I decided to go to NYC for a brief stay and to attend a tour of NYC. I made the mistake of staying at the Milford Plaza in NYC, 8th Avenue. I have traveled worldwide, and I have never seen anything like this.

Mildew all over the place, stained bed sheets, broken down air conditioners and staff members with attitudes.

Now mind you, the Milford is not a cheap hotel, they may be a bit more affordable than the rest but definitely not cheap.

My complaints to management went unheard, and the bug bites on my legs are the size of golf balls.

So what is my solution for this hotel, simple, LAWSUIT.

If there is someone you honestly hate and want to take revenge against, go treat them to a night at the Milford.

You must be the The Traveller's (sic) friend/travel companion. Sucks that such an expensive hotel could be so lousy.

LMAO...sorry this is really a coincidence, we do not know each other. I guess its a confirmation of what I stated earlier. The sucky part of all this is that the patrons just put up with it. When I went to complain, I kid you not, there must have been at least 8 different customers complaining also. It should be condemned by the Board of Health in my opinion.

Yeah that is pretty funny :). Someone should report them, then. Just on the sheer fact that two people complained about the same hotel on the same website on the same day. That says something right there!

It does, indeed. Usually it is saying disgruntled ex-employee.

Giggles...sorry KenPopcorn, never worked for the Milford. I am a banker. Even if they offered me a job making obscene money, I would never work for such an organization.
