Kodak/UPS Complaint - Neither Kodak Nor UPS Can Track Product Returns
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I had two defective Esp3 printers and returned them both via UPS. Now UPS can't give me the tracking numbers and Kodak can't either, when the shipping invoice was cut by Kodak. Some sickening supv. For UPS said she can't help me, and didn't want me to be aggressive.
Update: I had the same problem as another complainer about error lights. I went through two printers and now Kodak can't find the second printer which I returned. They also lied to UPS about supplying me with a tracking number.
