Hi Speed DSL and Dish Network Bundle - Compliment
I got stiffed by Time Warner Wisconsin when I was going to convert to digital phone. They took my number from CenturyTel, then allowed my landline to disconnect when I rescheduled the bundle (cable, phone) appointment. TW blamed CenturyTel, CenturyTel blamed TW, and I had no land line for over a week. CenturyTel then stepped up, reinstated the phone, and gave me a reduced monthly rate and a gift card. So, I fired TW, got rid of their high speed internet, and got Dish Network through CenturyTel’s bundle. I’m saving $75 a month for the first year, I get more channels and better picture, and the DSL works as fast and reliable as Roadrunner.
Plus, the American techies at CenturyTel are friendly and patient, and the customer service representative who helped me pick the bundle was so helpful. It’s only been about 6 weeks, but I am so satisfied.
