***My Experience with Suits4MenOnline.com***
I recently purchased 2 suits from Suits4MenOnline.com. However, my first problems came before I even ordered the suits.
About a month before I was looking for a 3rd suit which they promised me they would have before my event and would have shipped in special delivery. They never followed up with me about that even though I called twice about this issue and they were quite unhelpful about the situation. Settling on the other 2 suits, I placed the order.
After receiving the suits I took them in to be tailored. The one suit tailored fine (A Napoli) but with the other one (Valentino) the sleeves couldn't be adjusted due to how the sleeves were constructed. I tried to return the suit but they said since it was past the *2 day return policy* they wouldn't be able to do anything. They said they would only exchange it for $80 (plus my expense for shipping it there for over $100!) This was just ridiculous as it was 2/3 of the cost of the suit itself! This only after a month or so after ordering the suit from their site!
The agent like other times was extremely rude and fairly shouting at me for "my mistake" and I had to hold the phone a couple inches from my ear it was so loud. This agent (which I had talked to several times before) had very poor English as well and was hard to understand. I was as polite as possible, but the tirades just kept coming.
Oh, and the Napoli suit's button fairly fell off at the first event I wore it to. I was very disappointed in that quality of the construction.
STAY AWAY FROM SUITS4MENONLINE. COM! They treat their customers like dirt!
