Electric Moblity (Rascal) Complaint - Denied Credit
CHOWCHILLA, CALIFORNIA -- Dear Sirs I recently inquired about one of your Rascal Scooters, I was very impressed with the Representive that came to our home, and was also impressed with the Scooter. We decided it would be the best thing for us due to the fact that we are both disabled.I later contacted the Representive and informed him of our decision to purchase one. Now he came and called your company to do a credit application, I was turned down on a loan for less than $1700.00 minus the down payment which was to be $900.00 leaving a total of $800.00 remaining. Now I know that I have not yet established my credit history, but I do have some. I feel like I was being discrimanated against due to lack of credit. This Scooter would have been our means of transportation. Now we will seek another company to do business with. Which now will be your loss.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
