Purrfect Auto Roseville, CA Complaint - Scary Ripoff!!! - Auto Repair

Review by WBCH on 2009-08-25
ROSEVILLE, CALIFORNIA -- My wife went to this Purrfect Auto franchise location in Roseville, CA last month. She was quoted about $3,400 for work on our car. She had it done. They did an average, at best, job. When I went to pick the car up, it was SCARY! The mechanics were obviously felons and covered in tattoos. Their attitudes were matching. I later had another shop look at the work they did and they told me I should not have paid more than $1800.

Tattoos does not equal felons. A little more detail as to what took place would go a long way in making your post worth something. (NH)

Tattoos = felons?

DANG. Then half of the US NAVY men I know - and some of the women - must be felons!

I didn't know they were felons but you're wisdom has enlightened me! Really!

*rolls eyes*

The OP didn't state that "tattoos=felons". She stated the mechanics were obviously felons AND covered in tattoos. I agree that 'tattoos don't equal felon' but I must say though every convict I've ever met had tattoos and in fact the last stat I saw showed over 80% of the prison population in Stringtown had tattoos. But regardless the OP never stated 'tattoos=felons'.

The time to get a 2nd opinion is before you pay to have the work done. Maybe you need a tattoo that says, "I Paid Too Much To Have My Car Fixed".
