Ascentech Complaint - Bad customer service and not truthful
This company is terrible. Placed order on Aug 13, Invoiced Aug 17th and was told it was finally going to ship on Aug 25. Tried to track it on Aug 26th but the UPS number still said invalid number. Called them and the lady told me "Oh it will ship today." Ask them to change the shipping to overnight on their dime since they messed up. Told me they couldn't because it had already gone out the door this morning. I asked if that was the case, then UPS should show it as being picked up. She couldn't answer that. Terrible company. No idea what customer service is. Lady on the phone was rude.
